2. Registration and conclusion of the contract

To be supplied by the organiser: the moment the contract is concluded, registration confirmation, seminar capacity and the procedure once it is full, and the option to substitute a participant.

3. Price and payment terms

Seminar prices are listed with each course on the home page. Payment is made after the registration is submitted through the payment gateway operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland); card details never reach this website.

To be supplied by the organiser: whether prices include VAT, due dates, currency and exchange rate, issuing and delivery of the tax document, and cancellation fees.

4. Running of the seminar

To be supplied by the organiser: what is included in the price, scope and programme, language of instruction, certificate, conditions for cancelling or rescheduling by the organiser, and settlement of any price already paid.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Section 1829 of the Civil Code).

Requires legal review: for leisure-related services provided on a specified date, the right of withdrawal under Section 1837 of the Civil Code may not apply. Whether this exception covers the seminars must be assessed by a lawyer; depending on the outcome, either the withdrawal procedure or a notice that the right does not apply will be added here.

6. Complaints and defective performance

To be supplied by the organiser: how to file a complaint, the contact point, deadlines for handling it, and how complaints are settled.

7. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

A consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute arising from the contract. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz. A proposal may be filed no later than one year from the day the consumer first exercised the relevant right with the seller.

8. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

To be supplied by the organiser: governing law and language of the contract, the option to amend these terms and when a new version takes effect, and archiving of concluded contracts.
